These terms apply to the text message (SMS) program operated by SP Specialist Group, 7459 Maple Ave, Pennsauken, NJ 08109.

Program Name

SP Specialist Group Payment Confirmations

Program Description

SP Specialist Group sends account-notification text messages to clients who have opted in, confirming that their sales & use tax payment has been made, including the tax period and payment amount. Example: "SP Specialist Group: your sales & use tax payment for Q4 2026 of $397.50 has been made. Reply STOP to opt out." This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

How to Opt In

Clients opt in by checking the consent box and signing the SP Specialist Group Text Message Consent form at our office. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving any services from SP Specialist Group.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies, typically 1-3 messages per quarter.

Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from this program. To rejoin, reply START or contact our office.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
